  1. Do we have a physical Retail shop? 
  • Yes, We do. Our physical store is near the Burger House restaurant in Bagbazar, Kathmandu. Our sales representative will welcome you and even show you the outfits that you liked on our website.
  1. How do I place an online order? 
  •             a) Navigate through the website and select your desired clothing. 

b) Complete the transaction (or click on "BACK TO SHOP" if you want to shop some more.)

c) Fill out the order form after logging in with Facebook or Google.

d) Within the next 1 - 3 business days, your order(s) will be processed and delivered.

  1. How long does it take to deliver after I place my order? 
  • It usually takes 1-3 business days for your order to be delivered to your address after you place it.
  1. What are my payment options? 
  • You can either Pay Cash On Delivery or pay us Digitally. 
  1. How does the Cash On Delivery (COD) option work? 
  • For all orders, our Cash on Delivery option allows you to pay the order amount at the moment of delivery. You must select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page to pay for any order with cash. Only a few pin codes offer the Cash on Delivery option. However, depending on the order rejection % from a given client's registered email id, the COD limit may vary from customer to customer.
  1. What are the online options and how do they work? 
  • You can also pay us through e-sewa or Khalti, both of which are common digital payment modes. 
  1. Does Subhashree Deliver products outside of Nepal? 
  • Yes, we do. 
  1. What is Subhshree’s shipping policy? 
  • If you spend Rs. 2999* or more, we shall deliver your order to you for free. Outside the KTM Valley, however, all orders over Rs. 2999 will incur a shipping price of Rs. 99. If your order is canceled, lost, or not delivered on time, we will reimburse the entire order price, including shipping charges, if you provide the requisite proof. Order shipping charges will not be returned if you exchange an order that was delivered to you. Accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy will be charged a delivery fee of Rs. 99 on all orders, regardless of order amount.
  1. Can I update my location after placing the order? 
  • Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before it's processed.

  • Warranty or guarantee scheme will be featured on our product description, if there’s any.
